Return Eligibility We only accept returns for products that remain unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened or unsealed without any quality-related issues are not eligible for return or exchange. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Return Process:

To request a return, please contact our Customer Support team at hello@srekce.com and provide:

• Your order number
• A video showing the condition of the product as proof

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address. Please note that all return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and any related fees are the responsibility of the customer. After shipping the return, please send us the tracking number so we can monitor the shipment and process your return efficiently.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after your return has been approved, please contact us at hello@srekce.com , and we will be happy to assist you.

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

International Shipping:

We offer worldwide shipping through trusted carriers, including FedEx, DHL, and UPS. Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance procedures or carrier-related delays.

Shipping Fees & Duties:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, taxes, or VAT imposed by the destination country. SREKCE is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available and update. If you have not received a shipping update within 3 days after receiving your order confirmation email, please contact us at hello@srekce.com, and our team will be happy to assist you.

Shipping Address:

Please carefully verify your shipping address before placing your order. SREKCE is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to update the address before your order is shipped; however, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

SREKCE is not liable for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, we recommend first checking with your neighbors or contacting your local post office or carrier. If your shipment appears to have been lost in transit (for example, tracking has stopped updating for an extended period), please contact us. We will gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
