Return Eligibility We only accept returns for products that remain unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened or unsealed without any quality-related issues are not eligible for return or exchange. Please inspect your order upon delivery. Return Process:

• A video showing the condition of the product as proof

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address. Please note that all return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and any related fees are the responsibility of the customer. After shipping the return, please send us the tracking number so we can monitor the shipment and process your return efficiently.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund. Lost or Stolen Packages:

SREKCE is not liable for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, we recommend first checking with your neighbors or contacting your local post office or carrier. If your shipment appears to have been lost in transit (for example, tracking has stopped updating for an extended period), please contact us. We will gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
